STEP 1 - PROVIDE ARTWORK

You will need vector artwork of your logo, preferably as an .eps file. It should be clearly marked with PMS colors and product sizing.

STEP 2 - HOW WILL THEY BE USED?

The ultimate use of your Poly-Transfers will determine many factors so this is very important to know. Consult with your customer and make sure you can answer the following questions before requesting a quote.

What type of fabric(s) will they be applied to?

Is your customer okay with a slight, barely visible, glue edge showing around the edge or would they like a clear cut edge?

How will these be applied? Will they be applying with a home iron or having commercial application?

Will they need reflective properties?

STEP 3 - CHOOSE YOUR BACKING

There are several types of backing available to suit your individual needs, each with it’s own unique characteristics and uses. However your Flex-tags will be used, we have the backing that’s perfect for you.

HEAT SEAL - Suggested when the poly-transfers will be applied to cotton, polyester, performance fabrics or most fabrics. Discuss this before ordering.

WP HEAT SEAL - This is a heat seal for water proof, water repellent or some coated fabrics only.

If heat sealing Poly-Transfers to a product for the first time, we recommend requesting a sample to check adhesion before ordering if there is any question about which heat seal to use.
